Wish Upon a Wedding: Mandy + Derek 7.7.16

We are incredibly honored to be serving on the board for Wish Upon a Wedding! A national organization that grants the wish of a wedding to terminally ill couples.  This past week we were fortunate enough to be able to help Mandy + Derek get married! Chastity + Coty 7.9.16 Wedding at their Home

Chastity and Coty have been together for 13 years! Yes, that's right!! THIRTEEN YEARS! It's such a blessing to help people whose love it so strong and have been together for that long finally have the wedding they've dreamed of. They begin trying to plan a wedding multiple times and babies and family came up along the way and they never quite got a wedding planned. This led them to hire me as their wedding planner! I helped them assemble a wonderful team to execute their backyard wedding on their family's gorgeous property. Julie + Adam 5.14.16 Wedding at The Alexander Hotel

We love helping detail oriented bride's with their wedding day! As we are crazy detail people we find them to be kindred spirits :) We also know how stressful being type A can be so we love to be able to help ease that stress for those clients! Julie planned a fantastic wedding and allowed us to come in and coordinate her beautiful day! Crowe's Eye Photography captured the entire day beautifully! The Alexander was a beautiful backdrop for Violets are Blue Floral Design to decorate. Nikki + Travis 6.4.16 Wedding at Wild Air Farms

We loved helping Nikki + Travis with their wedding at Wild Air Farms! Nikkis is a childhood friend so it's an honor to help friends who trust you with their special day. Beth took great care of Nikki and Travis! Outdoor tent weddings are so much fun but when it monsoons on your wedding day it's extra important to have a coordinator! We were able to hold the ceremony a few minutes and have it  outside after the storms cleared! It was exactly the way they envisioned it! Emily + Marhsall 6.10.16 & 6.11.16

I absolutely loved helping Emily + Marhsall plan their big day and celebrate with their family & friends! Emily + Marhsall live in Brooklyn, NY so they needed some help pulling together the details for their wedding at her Uncle's barn in Nashville, IN. Marshall's family was flying in from Africa so they had African music and food at their rehearsal dinner with a more traditional ceremony & reception the next day! It was such a wonderful two days full of family, fun and gorgeous flowers! Katie + Kevin 6.4.16 Wedding at Lucas Estate

Katie and Kevin were two of the most joyous people I have ever had the pleasure of helping coordinate their wedding! So much love, laughter, and grins from ear to ear! I had the honor of coordinating their wedding at the Lucas Estate on June 4, 2016! It was a heartfelt day full of fantastic family history and tradition. Katie wears Kevin's great-great-great grandmother's wedding ring and they had a polka band play to honor their Slovenian heritage. It was a fun filled day from start to finish! We had a fantastic team of vendors that helped make the day wonderful! Francie + Hans 4.16.16 Wedding

Sometimes there are clients that you just LOVE! I helped Francie and her mom plans her wedding to Hans and just fell in love with their sweet family! It was such a joy to help her assemble a fantastic team while she lived out of state to make her wedding day perfect! Her maid of honor even planned a fun surprise bringing a fishbowl from the bar where the happy couple first met all the way from Florida!
