Hi! I was born and raised in Zionsville, Indiana. I graduated from Purdue University (Boiler Up!) and then went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York. I was a chef in NYC before I opened Plum & Poppy over a decade ago. I see myself as a business person who has channeled her love for food, attention to details and passion for family into weddings. We treat each client with the dedication to detail & respect a once in a lifetime day deserves! I still drive home from every wedding with a smile on my face from ear to ear in love with my job! My super power? Making each guest feel at home during your wedding and bring a true sense of calm to your day. I am a registered wedding planner with the Association of Bridal Consultants & member of the International Live Events Association based out of Indianapolis, IN with a focus on elegant details and a passion for great food. I love helping make your big day fun and stress free through impeccable planning. I am so thankful for all of my wonderful couples over the years. Hello! I’m a born and raised Indiana gal where I've lived in Muncie, Columbus, Indianapolis, and now Carmel. I can’t imagine creating a life anywhere else - Indiana, I love ya! Outside of wedding planning, you can find me watercolor painting, trying to learn the piano, snuggling on the couch with my husband and dog (Sunny), or researching the wedding industry for the latest trends, ideas, and patterns. Throughout the entire wedding planning experience, we won’t take one detail of your day for granted. The details matter. All brides will go through decision fatigue, but before you even can go there, I’ll have listened to your dreams, ideas, and desires so you can sit back and enjoy these final days being a fiancé. So, what can you expect from me? Hi! Originally from Avon Indiana, I now live in Carmel with my husband, Jared. I graduated from Indiana University Bloomington. When I am not working you can find me sitting at a local restaurant patio with friends, reading on the couch, watching Vampire Diaries for the 100th time, or working out at OrangeTheory. I have a passion for all things planning, hosting, decorating, and organizing, but especially for the wedding industry! Seeing a couple’s vision come to life brings me so much joy. I have an eye for detail and years of experience in hospitality that will ensure your day goes smooth so you can relax and enjoy every second. Hi!! I was born and raised in northern Indiana. I studied Tourism Convention and Event Management while attending IUPUI. Outside of work you can find me cuddling with my cats, playing games, or hanging out with some friends. Hey there! I live in Westfield, Indiana with my husband and two Siberian Husky pups! I have a daughter on the way and love spending my time with my family, reading and baking!
I grew up working in a bakery and was introduced to the wedding industry at a young age - going along with my parents on cake deliveries to some of the best wedding venues in Indianapolis. It always felt like a dream walking into the giant ballrooms, modern museums, and cozy historic buildings and seeing them filled with pastel linens, bright florals, and loud music. I studied Event Management and Business at IUPUI and have managed venues of all different types and sizes since graduating in 2016 - I’ve been a part of managing weddings of 20 guests all the way to weddings with well over 500 guests. No matter the size or place of your wedding, it’s the little details that make your dream wedding come to life. Let us handle those while you enjoy this new season of life!

My name is Erin Schwartz and I am from Fort Wayne, IN. I have been in the event industry since 2019 and it’s been a wonderful way to meet new people and enhance the relationships I already have with vendors, clients, and Sarah’s team.
Why Weddings? Because I like making a wedding day even just a tiny bit easier for everyone involved. I love the chance to take visions and dreams and turn them into a reality. It’s about taking care of “my people” and doing my best to ensure their day goes as smoothly as possible. In my spare time, you can find me coaching volleyball, reading, or spending time with my beautiful daughters.
