“We hired Sarah and her team for our wedding six months ago. I interviewed five different coordinators/planners before I pulled the trigger. When you talk to different coordinators, you learn that everyone offers slightly different things. Sarah easily stood out as the best option. She was willing to take on little details that others weren't, easy to communicate with, and was very reasonably priced. She knew my preferences but I trusted her expertise when making some last minute decisions. I personally enjoy planning, but I did not want to think about coordinating a single thing on the day of my wedding. Sarah and her team were at both of my venues (ceremony and reception separate) and put together everything exactly how I requested it. Frankly, based on what services she provides, she should be charging even more. Other planners do 1/2 of what she does were charging more.

When the day came, everything was absolutely seamless. Sarah and her team were ready to help get me anything I needed (water, drinks, Band-Aids), helped me bustle my dress quickly, gave me clear instructions on what I was supposed to do and where to go. It was also obvious that they had the flow of the entire day down and helped everyone get where they needed to go including family, guests, and vendors coming in and out. During the reception, I went outside the venue to ask a family member to grab something from a bag and one of the team members ran after me, making sure the bride wasn't left alone lol.

I found Sarah Agee by browsing online for Indy's best wedding planners and reading the positive reviews. Her prices were very reasonable for the services she would provide. I decided to hire Sarah for both day of coordination and wedding planning services. Sarah worked with me to quickly book the other vendors I would need within 2 weeks. I was very impressed by how promptly Sarah would respond to my emails and how organized she was. Sarah was very professional, only providing opinions when specifically asked and not forcing me to choose vendors or services I did not want. I very much valued her feedback and suggestions when I was making various selections (which can get a bit overwhelming) and I appreciated her help with logistical planning that was difficult for me to figure out on my own. As for the day of wedding coordination, I was SO happy I could count on Sarah to ensure the details would fall into place.
