We have loved helping Lauren & Matt plan their upcoming wedding at the Omni! We helped Lauren’s sister years ago plan her wedding and it’s always such an honor to get to work with a family again. See their stunning engagement pictures below from Traci + Troy!
This is such a great question that we get all the time! The simple answer is Yes! Many venues come with a venue coordinator but their role is different than ours. Their focus is on the venue and their direct responsibilities (tables, chairs, their staff). Our responsibility is your entire day: from communication with your vendors, entire day timeline creation, scheduling your vendors, confirmation of vendors week of wedding, managing your rehearsal, communicating final details to vendors the day before (your hotel room number or any last minute changes), confirming vendor arrival on wedding day, ensuring you’re ready on time, setting up any needed decor, confirm things are as they should be (we refold a lot of napkins that are not folded properly), helping solve any day of issues (we sew a lot of wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses), orchestrating your ceremony, keeping you fed and with a cocktail in hand during photos, keeping your reception on track and prompting all involved just before their role so they’re prepared (caterer, DJ, family, and bridal party), packing up your personal items, doing your bustle, and keeping you smiling all day!
These are just a few of the things we typically do at a wedding. Each wedding is unique and requires different elements so we adjust as needed. Our extensive role is not covered by a venue coordinators list of duties. We promise you’ll be so glad you had someone whose first priority is YOU! (not giving tours on your wedding day)
Allyson and I had so much fun planning her stunning wedding to Adam at the Indiana State Museum in Indianapolis! Like many of our clients Allyson wanted a little more help than our wedding coordination package so we added the design of her wedding to it as well. We think it came together beautifully. Allyson has such an eye for classic black tie details that we were able to help bring to life! See all the dreamy images below from Traci & Troy. A big thanks to our other vendors: Kahn’s Catering, Accent Floral Design, DJ Connection, Salon 1 4, Unique Heart Productions, and JNP Photo Booth.
We had so much fun helping the incredible team at the Embassy Suites in Plainfield plan their grand opening celebration. We loved designing the rehearsal dinner as well as wedding reception spaces. See all the fun pictures below!!

We are so excited to help Christina + Brian celebrate this July at Black Iris Estate! Christina’s parents own Thomas Caterers so we were honored when they asked us to help plan her fantastic wedding! We can’t wait for all the amazing details. Prepare to be blown away! Thank you Ian Borgerhoff for the beautiful engagement pictures of this loving couple! I can’t remember the last time I saw two people so in love. AND they live and work together! A match made in heaven!
We loved helping Nicole + Sean plan their wedding in Bloomington while living out of state for school! They were so much fun from start to finish! I've never had a bride who laughed and smiled so much on her wedding day! It was such a joy to be apart of! I spent quite a bit of time with the mother of the bride as well during the planning process as she lived in Bloomington and together I know we made her daughter so happy on her wedding day! Check out their gorgeous images below from Noel Photos! We also had a great time working with: 1st United Methodist Church, IU Alumni Hall at Indiana Memorial Union, DJ Sound Solutions, and their friend Mark who did all the floral!
